Right now we're polling one or two sources daily. This will grow as we draw from more services.

Why?

better troubleshooting
better rollbacks (and data diffing)
performance analysis
data audit trail - to show provenance

I'm thinking https://www.loggly.com/, http://fluentd.org, http://logstash.net/, Kibana, Graylog2, and the like.
