The Schaaf campaign has no entries in the Expn_Date column of schedule E. Other campaigns have it filled in. The PDF version of the data has no expenditure date column. Any idea where this date comes from?

Great question @mikeubell - I just reached out to SF Ethics Commission to ask Steven Massey. I'll let you know if I get an answer.

Just CTRL+F for Schaaf and you'll see all her entries for expn_date
