Hello,
is it possible to run a camera with an mjpeg stream on a google nest hub device? (hikvision MJPEG sub strem)

Hard to tell and probably the not really the right place to ask. I would recommend to find a forum from Google Nest Hub or something similar to get some information.

Google's documentation only states this: https://developers.google.com/assistant/smarthome/traits/camerastream#video-formats

To test this with openHAB you can already just do so. Set up a String item exposed as a camera device and provide the URL to test this.

Is the opposite possible with google smarthome, so that we can retrieve the video stream of such a CameraStream and display it on - a raspberry pi for example?
