Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Actual WebSocket libraries include a number of bugs, but recently the HARMAN AIR maintainers have added a WebSocket API to ActionScript, which may be more stable if they are using a more mature library under the hood.

Add new interfaces:

• air.net.WebSocket
• flash.events.WebSocketEvent
