Hi Openbaton Team,

[After discussing with Giuseppe] Here is a User story...
As VNF provider we want to handle an external storage in order to store large amount of data and ensure its availability even in Fault Case of our VNF.

Following steps are needed:

  • Allocation from TOSCA CSAR template (yaml) of persistent storage (ex: Cinder in Openstack)
  • Attach this volume to a VDU
  • Move this volume attachement to the backup instance in case of fault

[See also TOSCA YAML standard / 5.7.5 and samples 10.1.3 & 10.1.4

Thanks!

Loïc
