It is desirable to unify the Hets desktop GUI with the Ontohub frontend. Therefore, the Hets desktop GUI should use the Ontohub backend, not the Hets RESTful interface. However, Hets users want to analyse local files. Could the local file system be construed as an external repository, to be filled on a by need basis, using specific answers from the Ontohub backend to the client requesting certain local files?
