Search for item works inconsistently #90

If you use the search form from the Add Item dialog, and then try to do another search, you lose around half the search fields.

Do we still remember what's going on with this bug report? I'm not totally sure what it's saying...

I seem to remember this might have been something to do with scrolling? Screenshots would be helpful if we're still thinking this is a problem.
