search-form partial could be more flexible

The search-form doesn't allow you to change it to a POST, nor does it make it easy to add additional content within the form without going through a plugin hook. Both could be pretty simple changes to allow easier usage of the search form in contexts where it should be a POST and/or have additional inputs (like a CSRF token).
