Podman based deployment

I will adopt this deployment to podman, which means I will reuse the images and wire them in a podman pod together.

Would you be interested in a pull request?

@BonaBeavis sorry for the late reply, I'm not familiar with podman but keen to learn about it and if it can be useful to others I'd be happy to include documentation, here or on another project
