Thank you for your feature request! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your request without a more detailed specification related to use cases.

As I understand it, there are 2 types of integration with Monai:

1. Connect to the Monai server and label regions to train a model.
2. Perform automatic segmentation from a trained model.

For the 1st point, Weasis doesn't have the tools to create and edit regions. Although some tools will be added in future versions, it will never be a general-purpose segmentation tool like 3D Slicer.

As for the 2nd point, it's also not the aim of a viewer to integrate AI models, but rather to be able to display different types of results.
