Describe the bug. What happened?

We have a dcm4che server. In that, we are using the Weasis PACS Connector to view DICOM images. Currently, I can use the 3.8.1 war file without any issues. However, when I attempt to upgrade the version, I cannot find the documentation to guide me through the Weasis update process.

What version of Weasis are you running?

4.2.1

On which system the problem occurs?

Linux
