NNSConf 2024

The Third NNSConf - Seoul, 2024. (Tentative, WED 4 SEP 2024. KST 1600--)

Place: Virtual + Physical (Seoul Samsung Research) Hybrid.

• TOOD: Check if google meet / zoom supports real-time translation (Korean-to-English)

1. Linux Foundation TSC Meeting 2 (In English, Zoom + Physical), 30min

   • TODO: review rules & ops from LF

2. NNStreamer progress & plans, by maintainer (In English if there are international participants), 20 min

   • NNStreamer Core Updates & Plan
   • NNStreamer-Edge Introduction
   • Device MLOps Introduction

3. NNTrainer progress & plans, by maintainer (In English if there are international participants), 20 min + 10min-break.

   • NNTrainer Applications in Galaxy series and beyond.
   • NNTrainer Core Updates & Plan
   • On-Device Training Algorithms for NNTrainer
   • LLM/LVM on NNTrainer!

4. Lightning Talk (Either in Korean or English, presenters may freely choose.) 10min each.

   • Usage cases from Samsung
   • Other talks to be listed, please submit proposals here.
     • Call for Pariticipation: send to Danggeun, FAINDERS.AI, SNU, KAIST, NXP, ...

5. Free Discussion. No time limit. (offline/f2f)

   • Held as an open NNStreamer Mini Summit, somewhere in Gangnam/Seocho, beers served. (I'll gather RSVP)

Langauges

• Korean & English. Each presenter may choose.
• If we have participants who cannot speak Korean, Sessions 2 and 3 will be in English. However, we wouldn't enforce languages for non-Samsung talks in 4.
• Session 5 (TSC Meeting) will be in English as it is being held along with Linux Foundation.
