Leader board

This is feature request for adding leader board.

Usually in forums you can get help and find answers to your questions. For this reason it is quite important for those who help others to be somehow awarded. Leader board is one way of doing this.

Leader board could be just single page where all forum users would be listed in order by how much they helped others. Rating could be calculated by likes received from other users.

In addition, small indicator could be show next to user in comments.
