Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, I would like to be warned with a confirmation dialog (the same way as quitting the app while the transfers are active) on clicking the Clear button in the Downloads tab to prevent deleting the transfers via misclick.

Additional context

I deleted the transfers from the user by misclicking the Clear button (my confusion with Clear finished), and it took me a while to figure out what happened. It would be nice to make it more idiot-proof via confirmation dialog or also via changing the button label, like 'Delete transfers' or something like that.

I think the proper term would be "Remove", since we're not deleting the files.

Rather than a confirmation dialog, perhaps some kind of basic (single-step) Undo functionality could be preferable?
