Feature Request: Scheduled scans

Hello,

I use Soulseek on Windows. I have my main library on a NAS that replicates to an SSD on my server so scans are quicker. I replicate it every night through a scheduled task and script, but then I have to manually scan for changes after that is done.

I would love it if Nicotine+ could either do scheduled scans at a certain time, have it automatically scan every 24 hours, or have a command line option like Linux/Mac and nicotine -r that works with Windows.

I know my workflow is niche, but I think scanning every so often will benefit others.
