As a user (downloading), I need a way to re-order &/or prioritize files within each download queue, so that I can get the files downloaded in the order/priority I want them in.
There are a variety of ways to implement this, but I would use something like JDownloader as an example, where you can both Prioritize and move files up/down in the queue/list.
I expect this, like other related Tree/Queue/List issues/enhancements, will be blocked by the current work that is still needed.

Some work has been done to separate the old Transfers() class into Downloads() and Uploads() classes, which will make working on the modules easier overall.
However, as yet no specific effort has been made to progress this particular feature request and it isn't planned any time soon. As Mat said at the moment the focus is on bug fixes and refinements related to recent code refactoring, that means new functionality will has to wait until after the current development cycle, unfortunately.
