From an email with IBM people for installing kmermaid on the ppc64le infrastructure:

For example, bioconductor-edger=3.22.5, conda-BioHPDA on the IBM cluster at CZBiohub already included bioconductor-edger 3.26.5 for r-base 3.6.1
