upgrade chart to support new ldap configurations #119

with netbox 3.3.6, two new ldap configurations variables were added:

netbox-community/netbox#9722
netbox-community/netbox#10567

the chart should updated so that the two new env variables will be supported:

LDAP_CA_CERT_FILE
LDAP_CA_CERT_DIR

the CA cert file, would be likely mounted as a secret
