Should make light halos when set to 1, and no halos when 0

for now its no difference which value used

you can look how it realized in ioq3 source code.

Hi,
Can you tell exactly where you would expect to see a flare? do you have a specific map in mind?
As far as I know flares are map features, and from what I can tell original maps don't use them.

Well that is true i am not find any map that use it, but engine itself is not supports it.

For example the Jedi Academy support in ffa5 map. so i copied that map and loaded in this engine, and it not shows up.

So this is minor , in case any mapper would like to use that feature, so its treats for this game as advanced engine feature , that not available originally.
