When using the transpose function on a part or whole score. If there are any chord symbols attached to a linked staff, they do not get transposed with the rest of the score. (Any chord symbols on the main staff for that part transpose correctly.)
Steps to reproduce

Input a chord symbol on the linked staff and transpose the part/score.
Screenshots/Screen recordings
