Problem with reading EEG data using gete_ms #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The conditions that cause this problem are largely unknown. When distributing
creation of patterns on ACCRE, one event failed to load EEG data, throwing a
'EEGTOOLBOX:GETEMS:NODATA' warning in gete_ms. Attempts to reproduce this
problem on a gateway machine failed. It may be an intermittent problem,
something related to the compute nodes on ACCRE, or both. Followup should try
to reproduce this problem on the compute nodes; I don't have time now, but
wanted to at least document the issue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rather than loading EEG, NaNs are loaded for the one affected event (which is
properly aligned and has a defined eegfile).
