Unable to upload OWL ontology file for use in SORTA #9383

How to Reproduce

Advance data import > choose ontology file .owl > Error! Your import failed: Unknown extension for file 'hpo.owl'

Using Molgenis v9.2.1 via Docker compose.

Expected behavior

Ontology should be uploaded so that it appears as an option for SORTA term mapping.

Observed behavior

Error when uploading ontology for use in SORTA.
