I've installed modin-dask 0.18.0. I'm trying the code block below in VS Code for Windows 11.

os.environ["MODIN_ENGINE"] = "dask"  # Modin will use Dask

import modin.pandas as pd
import random

leng = 1
data  = { 'a': (random.randint(0, 100) for _ in range(leng)),
         'b': (random.randint(2, 200) for _ in range(leng)) }

df = pd.DataFrame(data)

The Debug Console displays the error below:

UserWarning: Port 8787 is already in use.
Perhaps you already have a cluster running?
Hosting the HTTP server on port 55998 instead
