Can't Sign In and download extensions

For many years I have been using vs code, and for some time I have a problem whenever I tried to open vs code, multiple windows opened with unsaved files. I saved them and the next time I still got the same problem, so I browsed the internet and got an solution where i guy had the same problem and he said that deleting files from Appdata helped him, so i did, but nothing worked, so I deleted files from .vscode/extensions too, and now I can't sign in nor download python extension, niether automatically nor manually, here is the log:-

Well I just uninstalled every file of vs code, and then installed it again, and then it worked

Seems like you have deleted the extensions you have installed. Please restart VS Code and install extensions again.
