Describe the issue

Screenshot 2024-05-17 at 00 13 07 This is the result when I run the code in autogen tutorial (conversation pattern, group chat), the adder_agent was prompted and supposed to add 1 to a given number, however, for the first adder_agent and the last adder_agent, they seem didn't add 1 to 6 and 9 respectively.

Hi @krishnashed, thank you for your comment! Yes, it is occurring repeatedly. And the model I use is GPT4 from Aruze API.

@ekzhu is this example from you? If not, could you let me know who is the author?

@sonichi Thank you for your comment! I got this group chat demo from https://microsoft.github.io/autogen/docs/tutorial/conversation-patterns.

@ekzhu I created this example.

@renxinxing123 can you try to clear your cache or use a different cache seed?

Again, suggest turning off cache by default #2133
