They mention different steps to build benchmark.

Maybe this should be unified or even centralized?

Seems need to make the documentation consistent right

I'm afraid this one is not an ideal issue to new contributors due to these reasons:

  • Currently it takes making PRs to wiki. I wasn't able to figure how to do it, and it apparently is not possible. To proceed without wiki editing, there's a proposal by @StephanTLavavej to move that out of wiki. It would take some maintainers' time to do this, so not done yet.
  • This will take some understanding how the build system works and what is the recommended thing to do. I don't have such understanding, and I'm afraid you don't have it either.

Understood, if we are planning to take it out of the wiki itself then its not needed I guess.
And yes, system build understanding is something I have not been knowing yet, would read up if needed!
