The docker files are so convoluted that it becomes very difficult to build it from sources. I have spent hours trying to built it from source but could not do it. It makes it very difficult to change anything and push it to production.
Why should this be worked on?
It will significantly decreases the ability for plane to be used in the production at many orgs. I am Founder, I was thinking of using it but now I am thinking of other alternatives. One more thing that I could not understand what is the reasoning behind django, if golang or Rust has been used , it would significantly decreases the resource usage.
