[Bug] Automatic Topic not generated with Open Router

🐛 Bug Description

When we create a new chat and the default API is set to Openrouter.ai, it doesn't change topic name automatically. Even click on "Auto Rename" doesn't generate the topic name.

🚦 Expected Behavior

It should automatically generate the topic name

So I am only using openrouter.ai APIs. I didn't connect with openai API.

I have check it just now, still not generating the title automatically when using OpenRouter.ai API. I am using 0.162.0. Refreshed the cache aswell.

Go to system Agent, and then choose your topic model
