Runtime enabling/disabling of the dot1q feature

Hi Vincent,

There is a compile time option to enable/disable the dot1 feature which we use. Is there a runtime config option to enable/disable the feature? If not, is adding something like this on your horizon?

There is nothing yet. I think Cumulus may have a patch about that. I may have it in my emails.
