Confluence addresses + a few minor sidebar positioning fixes

I spent the last hour tearing my hair out because my configuration was not working only to figure out that this flag is named incorrectly in the docs (ethAccountAddr should be ethAcctAddr), this fix should save a lot of newbies a ton of headache!
