Add package to conda-forge

Currently it's not possible to install linkml using the conda package manager.

Add linkml to conda-forge so users can do conda install linkml

How important is this feature? Select from the options below:

When will use cases depending on this become relevant? Select from the options below:
• Short-term - 2-4 weeks
• Mid-term - 2-4 months
• Long-term - 6 months - 1 year

Additional context
I'd be happy to work on this and open a PR to https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes to add linkml, but thought I'd open an issue here first to check if that would be okay?
