Autocomplete user input in widgets

Some features (e.g., #110 ) can classify/categorise/tag things:

User types in some text, and if a term is found from a lookup service (e.g., Wikidata) or cached information on the client-side, the interface autocompletes, and the user can accept or dismiss the suggestion. Terms could be linked or left as free-text.
