[How to] Cross compile

I'm missing some instructions on how to compile and cross compile for the supported platforms

Ihave seen some examples in the issues, but can't find official docs, anyone has some directions? specially for archs ARM and MIPS

There is a fork to add CMake support for libffi. I apply patch to make it support cross compile.
