It has been reported that there are issues running lenstronomy (most likely the convolutions) with Python 3.11.2 with numpy 1.24.0 on NERSC. We should probably have a CI with a newer Python version, such as 3.11 or 3.12

Hi @smericks I updated the CI to test with python 3.11 and all the tests pass. I don't know where the error might come from
