Flux ratio order in fitting

I wanted to verify: If I give lenstronomy a list of image positions, the flux ratios used as a constraint should appear in the same order?

correct, it is in the same order relative to the first image. See e.g.

Follow up question: I have a lensed quasar host and quasar images. If I use the flux ratio likelihood with a list of flux ratios, does it enforce those flux ratio values when proposing amplitudes for the lensed quasar images as well, or does it still do the linear optimization when fitting those image components?
