Waiting for pypi/support#3962 to be resolved.

JochenSiegWork added a commit to basf/MolPipeline that referenced this issue May 13, 2024
    - Add a temporary max pandas version to prevent
      incompatibility issues between different rdkit
      version.
    - The temporary version limit will be removed
      when the latest rdkit version can be installed
      via pip (see this issue for details
      kuelumbus/rdkit-pypi#99)
