Syncthinggtk not working on steam deck when CEF remote debugging enabled

It gives the error message: Connection to daemon failed. Check your configuration and try again. Error message: Invalid HTTP request when trying to start the program

Syncthing GTK starts the Sycthing daemon on port 8080, which is the same that CEF debugging uses. The same problem as in #199

I don't know what was the reason to change the default 8384 to a more crowded one, but the fix by Ealhad in the linked issue seems to have worked.

Note: if you installed the Syncthing GTK from the Discover app, the config file willl instead be located in /home/deck/.var/app/me.kozec.syncthingtk/config/syncthing/
