I don't know what to do with this.

I don't have a PGP key in GitHub and I don't understand what this means "If you don't have access to the key, you can find and remove the signed statement that you previously saved."

keys.pub registers a key with github using gists (not with PGP).

It looks like your account created a key awhile ago and the signed statement here:
https://gist.github.com/clehene/072fa095e4e9c9cf59fe8c5967936e7e

If you remove that gist and try again it should work.

I found the user info via:
https://keys.pub/user/search?q=clehene@github
