Feature description

Following these PRs (kestra-io/ui-libs#36 & kestra-io/docs#1331), we need to move the doc from endpoint-generated markdown to JSON-schema-based one using the new components provided in above PRs.

Moreover we may get rid of the Markdown doc generation endpoint
