Describe the bug
SAML request is not signed.
We already have these two configured:

ckanext.saml2auth.key_file_path
ckanext.saml2auth.cert_file_path

ckanext-saml2auth version affected
v1.1.0

Expected behaviour
Expected to see the Signature tag in the SAML request but it is missing:
