A new flag, --flinn, to change the name of dirs from default to flinn.year.julday. This way, if --flinn is selected, event_id is set to:
flinn.year.julday.a
Warning: if there are two events with identical flinn.year.julday, we change ".a" to b, c, d, ... in some cases, it is not enough to just compare the event_id (to identify duplications, this is what we do now), but rather, we need to compare the event information, e.g. event date time, magnitude and etc.
I am thinking that maybe it is even possible to make it more generic, i.e., the user can define the structure:
--dir_structure
