Why have an Advanced Topics section when there is only one "topic?" #581

The current advanced topics section only includes a migration guide. There doesn't seem to be a need for a generic section to only hold one TOC subitem. My take: Why not eliminate the Advanced Topics branch on the doc tree and simply substitute a section on "Migration?
