[5.1] French Language File Data error

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install the french language pack in Joomla 5.1
Go to the Extensions page and filter on French
Php error reporting maximim

Expected result

Date displayed in y-m-d

Actual result

The first part of the problem is that the creation date in the languages xml files is only in the format m.y - this is why the date is displayed as 1970-01-01 @tecpromotion

But I would expect the same for all three and not the additional deprecation message

Hello Brian, thanks for the information, I've corrected it, it will be available for the next version, I don't want to impose an update for that
