google sheets no longer uses key=?xxxxxx

so when i forked, it didnt work - not sure if anything needs to change in code...

I fixed this today - just check out the tabletop.js repo and update to the latest version, then follow the instructions in their README file.

I think some modification has been made to map columns to customized key values, because I didn't see "rowNumber" after I updated. So I simply changed the table titles to make html templates work.
