mp-html支持Taro框架

应用场景

在Taro小程序框架中使用富文本组件，同时支持h5和小程序

这个问题好像被提好多次了哈哈哈（#242、#303、#340）
主要是 taro 版本比较多，taro2 和 taro3 (React / Vue) 互不兼容，全部适配一遍工作量太大，加上 taro3 自身支持了 渲染 html，不确定是否还有需要
这样吧，有需要的朋友可以在这里留言（注明需要使用的环境：taro2 / taro3 React / taro3 Vue），需要的人多的话可以考虑进行支持
