comparing DNABERT to where it was forked from transformers

This is not really an "issue", but for anyone who wants to compare DNABERT to the original transformers code, it appears (from analyzing diffs to find the minimum number of changed lines) that DNABERT was forked from

at about commit 53ce3854a16ad2a715bc6ac8af3e30c18b5a1d11 (between v2.5.0 and v2.5.1).

If you want to understand what DNA-specific changes the DNABERT team made, it can be useful to compare the two (for example with the tool "meld").
