I would expect CTRL-Q to quit. (would be awesome to cancel the last operation to avoid a quit/re-run)

The behavior of the "Escape" key is a bit confusing.
Using "GTK", the crop dialog does not make clear that's it's about opening a file to read from (even if one is already loaded), and not a destination file to write too. Having a "open" / "write (crop)" buttons would be clearer IMO.
