[Issue]: DV movie adjusting playback progress gets stuck in infinite loading on webOS

Please describe your bug

Enable the "Prefer fMP4-HLS Media Container" option cause the dolby vision movie fast forwarding or adjust the playback progress will loading indefinitely and wait until the app automatically restart and appear the message:
"this app will now restart to free up more memory"

Reproduction Steps

1.enable "Prefer fMP4-HLS Media Container" to run DV 8.1 video
2.fast forward/adjust video playback progress
3.infinite loading and wait until app auto restart
