Please describe your bug

After updating an existing Jellyfin server to the latest unstable version and rescanning a library afterwards, random media elements get sorted into the "newly added" home sections and are sorted wrongly on the library view.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Update an existing jellyfin server to 10.9 unstable, where there are more then 20 movies and 10 series
  2. Make a full scan
  3. random items get sorted incorrectly as new

Jellyfin Version

10.8.13

This only affected movies with multiple versions for me. And it created brand new 'movie.NFO' files, spelled exactly like that, which have now superceded the original NFO files which were all named after the main movie item's filename.

And I think this might be the culprit > #10339

Confirmed to still happen in 10.9.1 release.

@JPVenson can you check if reverting the above PR fixes it for you? I kinda doubt it, but I want to be sure.
