Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline setup alternative

Saw your recorded talk at the developer festival in Copenhagen and just want to endorse your suggested alternative to the current GitHub Action CI/CD setup scripts i.e. an Azure DevOps pipeline setup script as well. This would be really cool and appreciated!

Seems like @jasontaylordev have been exploiting this alternative but ran into an issue and raised this at Azure/azure-dev#2848 --> Azure/azure-dev#2857

In relation to the above issue and Azure Developer CLI, I spoke to the team and the workaround I suggested is the right one for now.

I'll look to add the Azure DevOps pipeline shortly, possibly with Azure Developer CLI.
